Handyman Services – Pricing Guide

Trip Fee (Just to Show Up):

• $75 minimum – covers travel, consultation, and small fixes

Hourly Labor Rate:

• General Handyman Work: $75/hour
• Skilled Trades (Electrical, Plumbing, etc.): $90/hour
• After-Hours or Emergency Calls: $100–$125/hour

Materials:

• Billed separately (with 20–30% markup for sourcing)

Discounts & Packages:

• Half Day Rate (4 hours): $275
• Full Day Rate (8 hours): $525
• Referral/Repeat Customer Discount: 10% off labor
